Illustrated with numerous full-page b&w lithographs by Fritz Eichenberg. Quarter beige cloth plus illustrated paper over hardcovers. Spine is brown and top/bottom edges lightly bumped. Tiny tear at bottom edge of title page and first couple of page of introduction. Green papered box is worn at corners and has separation at one top edge.
