3) Payments - we can accept visa, mastercard, check, money order or paypal.

4) Shipping - $3.50 for media mail, $6.00 generally for priority mail but may need to be adjusted for weight and/or distance.

       type of shipping
       your name
       shipping address
       billing address, if different
       phone number
       payment method

6) We will confirm that we still have the book (our database is constantly updated so that will normally be a yes) and then followup on payment information by email or phone.
